When a new report is submitted, the Primary Admins, Owner, and anyone included in a relevant routing rule will receive an email notification, prompting them to log in to their dashboard.
A company’s Case Manager allows administrators to input their own reports and collaborate with other administrators to resolve issues seamlessly. Reports submitted by employees and administrators can be tracked in one place and visualized holistically.
