G Suite SSO Configuration User Guide
As part of the onboarding process, AllVoices will help facilitate an SSO connection between your G Suite and AllVoices admin environments. Please follow these steps below to ensure your system is configured correctly and expediently.
- Access the below link for instructions on setting up AllVoices SAML-based SSO in Google: https://support.google.com/a/answer/6087519
- Provide your AllVoices onboarding agent with the IDP metadata and certificate information as outlined in Step 6 of the linked Google instructions above.
- Obtain the ACS URL and Entity ID provided to you by your AllVoices onboarding agent and configure them in G Suite using Step 9 of the linked Google instructions above. These should be in the body of the email this guide was attached to.
Please note you will be unable to verify the setup is working as expected until your admins are signed up with AllVoices and we finalize the build out for your custom tool. You will receive notification from your AllVoices onboarding agent when your buildout is finalized and ready to use.
