Your AllVoices system is able to receive your employee data via API connection with UKG Pro. Please follow the steps outlined below to ensure a successful integration.
Please obtain the following information from your UKG administrator dashboard. If you need assistance locating this information, please refer to your IT team or this page for guidance on next steps.
- User ID
- Customer API Key
- User API Key
- Base Endpoint
- File Path
Once you’ve obtained the required information listed above, please do the following:
- Log into AllVoices using your Owner account credentials
- In the top right of the page, click on Settings, then the HRIS Integration tab
- Click on the UKG tile
- Input the above information the fields displayed below
- Once you have finalized your information, click Save
Congratulations, you have successfully set up your AllVoices/UKG API connection!
