OKTA SSO Configuration User Guide
Before you start, please ensure you have the following information handy provided to you by your AllVoices onboarding agent:
- SSO URL
- Audience URI (SP Entity ID)
Please follow the steps below to ensure your system is configured quickly and correctly.
Find steps to create and integrate SAML here or follow the steps provided by AllVoices below.
- Go to your OKTA Dashboard and click on the “Applications” tab and select “Applications Sub-tab.”
. . - Click on the “Create App Integration” button. It is located on the top left with the primary color of Blue.
- It will show options in a pop out modal. Select “SAML 2.0” as the sign in method and click “Next.”
- Under the General Settings for the App Integration, add

- App Name: AllVoices SAML/SSO App
- App Logo: Upload AllVoice logo available here.
- For checkboxes, leave them as it is.
- Click “Next” to go to the “Configure SAML” tab.
5. On the Configure SAML tab, leave all default settings as it is.

- For Single sign-on URL field, add the link that your AllVoice Onboarding agent provided you. It will look something like this: https://{your_company_name}}.allvoices.co/api/v1/sso/saml/{{key_string}}/callback
- For the Audience URI (SP entity ID) field, add the link that your AllVoices onboarding agent provided you. It will look something like this: https://{your_company_name}}.allvoices.co/sso/saml/{{key_string}}/metadata
- For Application username, select “Email.”
- After completing 1, 2 and 3, click “Next.”
6. On the Feedback tab -

- Select “I’m an Okta customer adding an internal app.”
- For App type, select “This is an internal app that we have created.”
- Click “Finish.”
7. Okta will redirect you to the Sign on tab. Else, go to the Sign on tab and click on “More details” as shown below.
8. Copy required fields and share them with your Allvoices Onboarding Agent.

- Copy “Sign on URL.”
- Copy “Signing Certificate.”
9. You have successfully created Allvoices SAML App within your Okta Suite.
Please note you will be unable to verify the setup is working as expected until your admins are signed up with AllVoices and we finalize the build out for your custom tool. You will receive notification from your AllVoices onboarding agent when your buildout is finalized and ready to use.
