We have officially launched our two new features this week within AllVoices: the ability to add additional admins and the ability to turn on Slack notifications for admins to receive case updates within Slack.

Adding admins is more intuitive than ever. Simply add additional admins directly within your settings in AllVoices. Follow this guide for clear step-by-step instruction.
Note: your company login interface has changed. You will no longer see the Admin Sign Up module on the right-hand side here:
We've set up a Slack integration! This new integration allows admins to receive notifications for cases and reports directly within Slack. These notifications also include a link that brings you to the corresponding case or report.
Note: this integration only applies for admins at this time.
Please see the Slack integration guide for instruction on setting up the Slack integration for your account should you choose to take advantage of this feature.
