Within a case or report, you now have the ability to export all information into a PDF. See more details below:
What changed?
When you're in a report or case, there is now an export icon in the top right corner.
When you select the export icon, you'll be asked if you'd like to include attachments in your report. Select yes or no.
From there, your export will begin. The export includes your overview, report answers, notes, investigations, and chat messages.
Why the change?
We know how important record keeping is, and want to make it easy to view all relevant information in one handy PDF.
