What are Charts & Dashboards?
Charts and dashboards in AllVoices allow you to visualize your case data, employee data, and performance metrics in real time.
They help you:
- Track case trends over time
- Monitor investigator and admin performance
- Analyze employee demographics
- Report on key metrics for leadership
All dashboards are fully customizable, so you can build views tailored to your organization.
Default Dashboards
AllVoices includes three pre-built dashboards:
- Cases and Answers
Tracks case volume, status, duration, priorities, and intake data - Admin & Investigator Performance
Tracks efficiency, activity, and SLA performance - Employee Demographics and Cases

Admins can edit or replace these dashboards at any time.
