Types of Workflows
- Default workflow – A simple workflow applied when no other workflow is selected
- Investigation workflow – A structured workflow for managing investigations
- Performance Improvement workflow – A structured workflow for managing performance issues
- Custom workflows – Fully customizable workflows tailored to your organization
How Workflows are applied
Workflows can be applied in three ways:
- Automatically based on rules and conditions
- Recommended by Vera based on case details
- Manually selected when creating or editing a case
Where Workflows appear
Workflows are displayed in the top-left section of the case page.
