eSign allows admins to send documents created within AllVoices to be signed electronically.
Adding eSign to Templates
Admins with workflow configuration settings can enable e-signature at the template-level or at the workflow-level on the document.
Add a signature heading (eg Manager Signature)
Sending documents for signature
- Press the eSign icon
- Include the headings and email addresses
- Press Send Document
Any admin with workflow edit access can send a document for signature.
The document will then show as Pending Signature and cannot be edited.
Signing Document (recipient experience)
Both the sender and the recipient(s) will receive an email from PandaDoc.
The recipient will be prompted to:
- Enter their Name
- Enter their Title
- Enter Date
- Sign
Declining to Sign
If the recipient declines to sign the document the sender will receive a notification from AllVoices.
The admin will need to void the document to resend or edit the document.
Permissions
- Owners, Primary Admins, Sub Admins, and any custom roles with AV Sheet access can send documents for eSign.
- Viewers can view eSign documents but cannot send for signature.
