You can now give Managers at your organization the ability to initiate cases within AllVoices.

How Enhanced Manager Role Works
Once the โEnhanced Managerโ is enabled all Managers at your organization will have the ability to input cases.
Unlike Managers, โEnhanced Managersโ can:
- Create cases
- Edit the cases they create
- Add others to the cases they create (however they cannot block or remove others)
*All others permissions remain unchanged, you can read more about the manager role here.
Things to note ๐
โEnhanced Managersโ will be able to:
- See all options and fields in the case form but cannot add additional form options
- Can look up AllVoices admins and see their role when adding them to the case
If you donโt have HRIS integration:
Can add employees if they are not yet in the system and see who has been added previously
If you have HRIS integration:
Can search employees by name or email that have profiles in AllVoices (but cannot access profiles or see employee details)
