Introducing Agentic Vera
Vera, your AI co-pilot in AllVoices, is getting a major upgrade. Agentic Vera is a smarter, more capable version of Vera that understands what you are asking, decides how best to find the answer, and pulls together information from across AllVoices to respond.
What is changing
Until now, Vera answered questions by following a set of predefined paths. Agentic Vera works differently. Instead of a fixed script, Vera has access to a full set of capabilities and chooses which ones to use based on your question. The result is answers that are more accurate, more complete, and better suited to complex, multi-step questions.
What you will notice
- More accurate answers about your data. Vera now looks at your case data as a whole, so counts, trends, and breakdowns are more precise.
- Answers that match your dashboards. Vera's numbers are designed to line up with what you see in Charts and Dashboards.
- Better handling of complex questions. Ask questions that combine filters, timeframes, and case details, and Vera will work through them step by step.
- A refreshed look. Vera has a new design that reflects her expanded capabilities.
How Agentic Vera is launching
Agentic Vera is launching in read-only mode for all customers. In read-only mode, Vera can look up, analyze, and summarize the information you already have access to, but she will not make any changes in AllVoices.
Agentic Vera is also designed to take actions on your behalf. These actions will be turned on for each organization individually, so your team stays in control of when and how Vera acts. See the next section for details.
Read-only mode at launch
Here is what read-only mode means for your team.
| In read-only mode, Vera can | In read-only mode, Vera will not |
|---|---|
| Answer questions about your cases and case data | Create, edit, close, or reassign cases |
| Find cases that match specific criteria | Add notes, comments, tasks, or attachments |
| Summarize cases, trends, and activity | Change case status, fields, or access |
| Reference your uploaded policies and handbooks | Send messages to reporters |
Turning on actions for your organization
Agentic Vera can also take many of the same actions you can, such as updating cases and adding tasks or comments.
We know many organizations review new AI capabilities with their security, legal, or IT teams before turning them on. That is why actions are enabled on a per-customer basis. Your organization decides which actions Vera can take, and nothing changes until you are ready.
To turn on actions: contact your Customer Success Manager or reach out to support@allvoices.co. We will walk you through the available actions and enable the ones that fit your team.
Vera follows your permissions
Agentic Vera uses the same permissions as the rest of AllVoices. Vera can only see the cases and data you have access to, and once actions are enabled, she can only take actions you are already permitted to take yourself. If you cannot view or change something manually, Vera cannot either.
Where to find Vera
Open Vera from the Vera icon in AllVoices. With our new left navigation, Vera lives at the top of the navigation bar and opens as a panel on top of your current page, so you never lose your place. See Introducing the New Left Navigation for more.
