The new case experience introduces a redesigned layout, workflows, and improved collaboration tools to help teams manage cases more efficiently.
What’s new
- Redesigned case layout
A cleaner interface with a sidebar that makes it easier to navigate between sections of a case. - Workflows directly in the case
Workflows now appear in the top-left of the case, allowing you to complete steps without leaving the case page. - Contextual Vera
Vera now understands the case and workflow step you’re on and provides relevant guidance automatically. - Floating comments
Add comments and @mention teammates anywhere within a case or workflow step. - eSignature
e-Signature functionality is now available across all templates within workflows.
What’s not changing
- Existing cases will remain in the previous experience
- All historical data and permissions are preserved
