Floating comments enable contextual collaboration directly within workflows and cases.
How to add a comment.
- Click the comment icon
- Click anywhere in the case or workflow step
Enter your comment and submit
@mention a teammate
- Type @ followed by their name
- Select them from the dropdown
- They will be notified
Reply to a comment
- Click Reply on an existing comment
- Add your response
Resolve a comment
- Click the checkmark next to the comment
- Or resolve it from the comment history
View comment history
- Click the comment icon
- Filter by:
- All comments
- Mentions
Private comments
Public vs private comments
- Public: visible to others with access
- Private: visible only to you
