This set of graphs will provide you with insight into how your AllVoices admin team is performing with regard to their case response rate, per AllVoices issue type. 

Average Completion Rate by Admin

This set of graphs will provide you with insights into how your individual AllVoices admins’ case closure rate.

Median Response Time

This set of graphs will provide you with median response times per AllVoices category. 

Median Resolution Time

This set of graphs will provide you with median resolution times per AllVoices category.
