AllVoices supports dynamic language translations for hundreds languages.
You will only see and use languages that your organization has purchased as part of your subscription.
We support hundreds of languages, but not all languages are included for every customer by default.
If you need additional languages beyond what’s currently enabled for your account, please contact your Customer Success Manager or support@allvoices.co to add them.
How it Works
Employee Experience
- AllVoices will detect a reporter's browser language and dynamically change the reporting flow to that language.
- A reporter can also override this with the language dropdown if they choose to report in a different language.
- Admins will receive the case in the admin-preferred language, regardless what language the reporter submitted in.
Admin Experience
- Admins can change their language setting under Settings > Language
- For inbound cases, the details will be dynamically translated so that the admin can review the case in their preferred language.
- Messages back to the reporter will also be dynamically translated, so the reporter will receive admin messages in their preferred language.
How to Add Languages
Languages are available on a per-cost basis. You will only have the languages available that you purchased as part of your subscription.
