Your virtual employee relations assistant, Vera, has acquired a new skill: auto-drafting responses to reporters.
Within your messages with a reporter, you will now see a toggle to turn auto-draft on or off as seen below.
When turned on, Vera will use the details of the submitted case to draft a response to the reporter. We encourage you to edit this draft to make it your own and personalize it based on your companyโs policies, culture, and values.
Note: Prior to a case being assigned, autodraft will be visible to Owner and Primary admins. Once a case is assigned the auto draft feature will only be available to the assigned admin
If you do not wish to use this feature, easily toggle it off and you will not receive auto-draft support.
