Vera can reference different policies based on the location of the case. Vera’s responses will be targeted to the correct policies and working norms in the location where the incident happened. This includes the following areas: case summary, auto-draft, tasks, investigation recommendations and summary report. To utilize this feature, upload your company's policies under "Train Vera."

- Owners and Primary admins can train Vera on your company’s handbooks and policies so that she can answer questions specific to your organization
- Click on ‘Train Vera’ in the settings dropdown to begin
- Simply drag and drop the files to train vera
- Vera can accept the following file types: html, json, pdf, docx, and txt files
- If you need to remove a document or update with the latest version of the document press the ‘x’ to remove the old document and reupload
Once Vera is trained, you can ask questions specific to your company’s policies!
Make sure to train Vera on your company’s policies and handbooks now so you can take full advantage of all the exciting enhancements to come! Vera will reference policies when summarizing issues, drafting messages and suggesting actions and recommendations.
