We've broadened the scope of our filtering options on the case listing page, ensuring that every field available in the case forms can now be used as a filter.
This enhancement allows for a more refined and targeted search, giving admins the power to drill down to the specific details they need.
When viewing charts, the application of any filter will trigger the appearance of the βView in case managerβ call-to-action (CTA) button. This intuitive addition enables admins to transition effortlessly from a visual data representation to a detailed case listing page, where the applied filters remain active.
Enhanced filters
Upon accessing the case listing page via the CTA button, admins are not just limited to the pre-applied filters. They have the flexibility to layer additional filters to further refine the results, ensuring they can pinpoint the exact cases they require for a thorough review or analysis.
This feature is specifically designed to facilitate admins in seamlessly navigating from a macro-level view on the charts to a micro-level detail on the case listing page. It simplifies the process of identifying and reviewing related cases directly from the charts, enhancing efficiency and usability.
Workflow
To provide a consistent and uninterrupted workflow, filters applied on the charts will remain active until manually removed by the admin. This persistence ensures that the adminβs filtering context is retained, allowing for a more streamlined and focused case management experience.
