You can now organize your case attachments into folders to easily catalog and find relevant information. Additionally, you can upload multiple files at once. This is helpful because it allows you to create a clear timeline of events when there are multiple files.
To upload multiple files:
Navigate to Notes and select Upload file(s)
To create a folder:
Select Create new folder
Name the folder
Click the three dots to:
- Add Files to Folder
- Add Description
- When adding a description to the folder you can also select a date so that you can chronologically sort the timeline by the date provided
- Rename the folder
- Delete the folder
You can also upload an existing folder by selecting Upload folder
Permissions: You can only edit, delete and add/remove files from folders you create
