Welcome to the AllVoices Dashboard. This is the first page you’ll see when you log in to AllVoices. You can quickly find new cases, investigations, messages, and tasks since you last logged in.
The dashboard also shows you helpful charts and data that you can customize to see what's most important to you.
Our AI Assistant, Vera, watches for patterns and suggests useful actions such as linking related cases together. The dashboard is designed to give you a snapshot of employee relations across the organization and prioritize the information that needs your attention.
This new Dashboard view is your default landing page, replacing the Case Listing page, which is still accessible via the navigation bar.

Customizable Charts
Admins can configure up to two charts on their landing page to see the information that matters most to you. You can leverage any case action attribute or form field for quick visual data.
Task Management
Enables administrators to manage tasks across all cases effectively.

Notification Preferences
Admins can customize notifications based on their preferences:
Email Notifications: Receive notifications in real-time or as a weekly summary.
In-App Notifications:
Critical notifications are enabled by default, and Admins can enable or disable notifications at an individual notification level.

Notifications can be filtered and managed efficiently
Admin can click on the notification icon to see the latest notifications.

Notifications can also be filtered by read/unread status.
Clicking on a notification directs the admin to the relevant action or case.
Coming Soon: Vera will soon be able to suggest actions on behalf of admins, and then complete those actions with your oversight and approval. For example, linking related cases.
