Admins can now customize columns on the case listings page to easily display the desired fields. This empowers each admin to display information that is most important to them and create a persistent view to best accommodate their own workflow.
To customize columns:
Navigate to the Case Listings page in your AllVoices Dashboard
Select the “Display Columns” icon
Next, check the columns you wish to display
Note any reporting or case field option that is a ‘dropdown’ selection type will be available here
To reorder the columns simply drag and drop the selected fields in the desired order in the display columns dropdown
Once columns are selected this view will persist
Please note:
- Case Name field cannot be removed or reordered
- You must have a minimum of three columns selected
- There is no maximum limit on columns selected, scroll to view additional columns if not visible in current view
