The Vera chat can now be enabled on your AllVoices’ landing page to answer employees’ questions. Vera is trained on comprehensive AllVoices support documentation and can also be trained on your company’s specific policies and procedures.
Vera can help employees digest complex policy documents and get the information they need as soon as they ask a question.
For example, train Vera on your employee handbook, code of conduct, leave policy and any other relevant HR documentation. Once provided employees can ask questions such as:
- What is the maternity/paternity leave policy?
- What is our holiday schedule for 2025?
- How should I report a workplace violence concern?
- What is our paid family and medical leave policy?
- Do we get paid for jury duty?
- How do I request a leave of absence?
Any information employees enter in the chat is completely confidential and anonymous.
This capability is intended to provide employees with accurate, immediate answers to their questions, based on the documentation you provided. Vera cannot provide legal advice and any questions or concerns of that nature should be addressed with HR directly.
IMPORTANT: Showing Vera to employees is completely optional and at the discretion of your organization. If enabled, any policies you train Vera on will be available to employees and anyone who accesses your company’s AllVoices’ url. AllVoices’ case data and information is not accessible to employees from the AllVoices landing page and can only be accessed upon logging into AllVocies as an administrator.
