AllVoices' new investigation tool prompts admins to conduct a wellness check after the investigation, fostering psychological safety by addressing any remaining issues and ensuring everyone feels supported post-investigation
How it works
30 days after the investigation is complete the assigned admin and investigator will be prompted by email to do a wellness check with all involved parties
- This email will take admins to the Wellness Check step on the investigation flow where they can message involved parities using AllVoices messaging platform, or add notes if they opt to do the wellness check in-person
- Once complete admins can mark the wellness check complete by pressing ‘Finish’
