BambooHR Integration Guide 🔧

Baseline Fields that will be Synced from BambooHR to Allvoices:

  • Baseline fields are the standard fields across all HRIS integrations. This helps with demographic charts, exit surveys, and pushing data back accurately.
  • exception: any field with pay or salary info will NOT be pulled in and is excluded.

Overview to Setup

Step 1: Get Your Company Domain

Your BambooHR domain typically looks like: {{yourcompanydomain}}.bamboohr.com

Step 2: Generate a BambooHR API Key

  1. Go to the BambooHR login page, enter your company domain, and log in.
  2. Click your name in the lower-left corner to open the user menu.
  3. If you have the right permissions, select “API Keys”.
  4. Click “Add New Key”.
  5. Enter a name for your key and click “Generate Key”.
  6. Copy and securely save your API key—you’ll need it for the next step.

Step 3: Connect BambooHR to AllVoices

  1. Log in to your AllVoices Dashboard.
  2. Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the navigation bar.
  3. Go to “Integrations.”
  4. Click “Connect Integration” in the top-right corner.
  5. Choose BambooHR from the platform list.
  6. Enter your BambooHR Domain and API Key.

That’s it, your BambooHR account is now connected to AllVoices!
