Within a case, you now have the ability to export all information into a PDF. See more details below:
When you're in a case, there is now an export icon next to the tag icon and linked cases icon.
When you select the export icon, you'll be asked if you'd like to include attachments in your report. Select Yes or No.
From there, your export will begin. The export includes your overview, additional information (notes), investigations, and chat messages.
Why the change?
We know how important record keeping is, and want to make it easy to view all relevant information in one handy PDF.
