What cases will Vera answer questions about?
Vera will only provide insight into case data you have access to. Admins cannot get information about cases they do not have access to.
Does Vera share case data or insights with other customers?
No, Vera only uses your case data for your specific instance of AllVoices. Vera will not answer your questions based on other customers’ AllVoices data or vice versa.
Does Vera use my case data to train OpenAI LLM (or any LLM)?
No, customer data is never used to train Large Language Models.
