If you’re having trouble logging in or you are not receiving the password reset link, don’t worry. In most cases, this is easy to fix.
Follow the steps below to get back into your account.
Step 1: Confirm you are an admin
Only AllVoices admins will need logins. If you are an employee looking to use AllVoices to submit a report, you will not have an account and do not need to log in.
Just head to your company's dedicated AllVoices link to submit feedback. Don't know your company's link? As your HR team or reach out to support@allvoices.co.
Step 2: Make sure your account is activated
If you know you should be an admin, make sure your account is activated. Most times that a password reset link isn't working, it is due to your account not being activated yet.
If you’ve been invited to AllVoices but never clicked the activation link from your email, you won’t be able to:
Log in
Reset your password
Receive a valid password reset email
How to check
Search your inbox for an email invitation from AllVoices with the subject Welcome to AllVoices.
If you find it, click the link and follow the steps to activate your account. Once activated, you should be able to log in normally.
Invitation Expired?
Reach out to support@allvoices.co or your Owner to resend it.
Step 3: Still not working?
If you:
Never received an activation email
Clicked the activation link but it didn’t work
Keep seeing errors when resetting your password
Please contact Support and include:
The email address you’re trying to log in with
Any error messages you’re seeing (screenshots help!)
Our team can check your account status and resend your invitation if needed.
