Plan and strategize prior to developing questions.
Determine what 2-3 issues you’d like to gain a better understanding on. You can choose to focus your questions on already reported company issues or gather employee insights on new topics. Keep these issues in mind as you customize your pulse survey. Make sure that the goal of the survey you create is to understand as much as you can about these 2-3 issues.
Consider external factors.
